I really enjoyed this book. There was so many things that she talked about that I could identify with, and many that I couldn't. I still feel like I learned something about another person's life that I allowed me to sit back and look at mine. Lisa's dedication to her daughter is really heartwarming to me. I identified most with her and her feeling towards dogs. I am almost the same way. She lost Lucy in about the same manner that I lost my dog and that really struck home.
This is a great book to just pick up and read a chapter or too at a time, as each one is it's own mini story. They eventually all add up to being a great autobiography in my opinion.
